Director and writer Christopher Nolan looks back at his masterpiece "The Dark Knight" and how he approached writing the film and exploring the character of the Joker.
Nolan admits that he is a fan of comic books without being very knowledgeable of them and sought out help from David Goyer who had always dreamed of writing a Batman story.
Nolan always worked closely with his brother Jonathan who is a frequent collaborator.
